SIXONINE VENTURES ARRANGES $255,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Sixonine Ventures Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of units of the company at a price of 15 cents per unit for aggregate proceeds of up to $255,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share of the company at a price of 20 cents for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for working capital purposes. The common shares, warrants and shares underlying the warrants will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period from the date of issuance. Closing of the private placement remains subject to the receipt of all regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
