SAMA RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

At Sama Resources Inc.'s special meeting of shareholders held today, shareholders voted in favour of the resolution to approve the strategic partnership with HPX TechCo Inc. as described in the proxy circular sent to the shareholders on March 15, 2018.

Approximately 28.87 per cent of the common shares of the company were represented at the meeting in person or by proxy, of which 99.54 per cent were voted in favour of the resolution.
