SMARTSET SERVICES TERMINATES PROPOSED QUALIFYING TRANSACTION WITH
CANNTX LIFE SCIENCES INC.
Smartset Services Inc. will not proceed with the proposed qualifying transaction with CannTx Life Sciences
Inc. previously announced on Dec. 13, 2018, and Jan. 25, 2019, and has terminated
its letter of intent with CannTx.
Trading in the common shares of the company, which was halted on announcement of the proposed
transaction, is expected to resume on April 26, 2019.
