ST. ELIAS MINES LTD. - 2014 ANNUAL AND SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

St. Elias Mines Ltd. has changed the venue for its coming 2014 annual general and special meeting to accommodate shareholders. The location of the meeting will now be at the Arbutus room, Third floor, Four Seasons Hotel, 791 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C. The date of the meeting (March 27, 2014) and the start time for the meeting (10 a.m. PST) remain unchanged.
