SIRONA BIOCHEM RECEIVES TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE APPROVAL ON WARRANT EXTENSION

Sirona Biochem Corp. has arranged an extension to the term of 2,073,750 common share purchase warrants originally issued on May 11, 2016. The warrants were issued as part of a private placement. The expiry dates will be extended as shown below:

Number of warrants:  2,073,750

Original expiry date of warrants:  May 11, 2018

New expiry date of warrants:  May 11, 2019

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

All other terms of the warrants will remain unchanged.
