The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated Oct. 31, 2017, between Sable Resources Ltd. and BlueJoint Resources Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in BlueJoint.

BlueJoint holds five mineral property applications and one mineral title in Mexico.

Consideration for the properties is 23,333,333 shares of the company.

Insider/pro group participation:  Terry Harbort is a director of the company and an (indirect) shareholder of BlueJoint.
