SABLE RESOURCES LTD SHARES FOR DEBT

Sable Resources Ltd. has completed its previously announced transaction with Cangaroo Capital Corp. and Walter Canadian Coal Partnership to settle debts owing by the company in the aggregate amount of $285,000 by issuing an aggregate of 1.9 million common shares at an issue price of 15 cents per share. Terence Harbort is a principal of one of the creditors and a director of Sable. All common shares issued pursuant to the loan settlement are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on Sept. 25, 2017.
