RIFT VALLEY CHANGES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE

Rift Valley Resources Corp. has changed the planned date of its annual general meeting of shareholders from Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, to Sept. 6, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the corporate office, Vancouver, B.C. The company also advises that there will be no change to the shareholder of record date.

The change of meeting date was deemed necessary by management in order to compile more current information for the proposed AGM information circular.
