REVIVAL GOLD ANNOUNCES $5 MILLION BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Revival Gold Inc. intends to raise $5-million via a brokered private placement.

Paradigm Capital Inc. and Medalist Capital Ltd. will act as co-lead agents on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., PI Financial Corp. and Beacon Securities Ltd., to complete a brokered private placement of seven million common shares of the company at a price of 72 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $5-million.

The private placement is subject to regulatory approval and all securities issued pursuant to the private placement will have a hold period of four months and one day.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to finance continuing exploration and development at the company's core Beartrack and Arnett gold projects and for general corporate purposes.
