RUGBY GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Rugby Mining Ltd. has, subject to exchange approval, granted an aggregate 440,000 stock options to employees and consultants with an exercise price of 31 cents and an aggregate of 750,000 stock options to directors and officers with an exercise price of 31 cents. All options granted are subject to vesting and have a five-year term.
