RUGBY GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Rugby Mining Ltd. has, subject to exchange approval, granted an aggregate of 650,000 stock options at an exercise price of 30 cents to directors and officers of the company. Concurrently, the company granted an aggregate of 200,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of 30 cents to employees and consultants. All options granted expire in five years.

Some of the options included in this grant were to replace options that expired in May, 2016, and held by directors of the company.
