RUGBY GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Rugby Mining Ltd. has, subject to exchange approval, granted 150,000 stock options to consultants with an exercise price of six cents and an aggregate of 300,000 stock options to directors and officers with an exercise price of six cents.

The grant of stock options to the directors and officers replaces options that recently expired in February.
