Pursuant to a board resolution passed on May 28, 2018, Royal Sapphire Corp. has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-two-old basis. The name of the company has been changed from Royal Sapphire to Pure Global Cannabis Inc.
Effective at the opening on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, the common shares of Pure Global Cannabis will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Royal Sapphire will be delisted from the exchange.
The company is classified as an industrial company.
