Warrant term to expiry:  two years (If the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the common shares on the exchange is 45 cents per share or higher over a period of 10 consecutive trading days, Riverside may (but is not required to) trigger an earlier expiry provided that: (a) it gives notice by press release; and (b) the earlier expiry date of the warrants is on or after the 30th trading day after the date of dissemination of such press release.)
