ROSCAN ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO ROSCAN GOLD CORPORATION

Roscan Minerals Corp. has changed the name of the company to Roscan Gold Corp. Shareholders of the company approved, among other things, the name change at the annual and special meeting of the company held on April 26, 2018. Effective Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as Roscan Gold under the trading symbol ROS.
