DORMAA PROJECT OPTION AND JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT PAYMENTS EXTENDED
The remaining payments to be made by Roscan Minerals Corp. to earn a 50-per-cent interest in the Dormaa project in Ghana pursuant to the option and joint venture agreement made with Pelangio Exploration Inc., have been extended by an additional six months. The extension was necessitated by the delay in commencing the drill program, which is currently under way. Exploration results will be released once received.
Roscan's remaining payments pursuant to the agreement are now as follows:
- Finance $1.7-millionin exploration expenditures, as follows:
- $700,000 by Dec. 5, 2018;
- $1-million by Dec. 5, 2019.
- Pay to Pelangion an aggregate of $150,000 as follows:
- $50,000 on Dec. 5, 2018;
- $100,000 on Dec. 5, 2019.
