GREGORY ISENOR ANNOUNCES FILING OF EARLY WARNING REPORT RELATED TO THE ACQUISITION OF CONVERTIBLE SECURITIES OF ROSCAN MINERALS CORPORATION

Gregory Isenor (optionee) has filed an early warning report. He has entered into agreements granting him the option to purchase an aggregate of 4.52 million common shares of Roscan Minerals Corp. at a price of five cents per optioned share.

Prior to entering into the option agreements, the optionee owned 1.38 million common shares, representing approximately 2.93 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer. In addition, the optionee owns common share purchase warrants to purchase an aggregate of 1.2 million common shares of the issuer and options to purchase 300,000 common shares of the issuer. If the optionee were to exercise his warrants, options and optioned shares, he would own 7.4 million common shares, representing approximately 13.59 per cent of the issuer's then outstanding common shares, on a partially diluted basis.

The optionee entered into the option agreements granting him the option to purchase the optioned shares for investment purposes and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease his beneficial ownership, control or direction over the common shares or other securities of the issuer, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise.
