The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an option and joint venture agreement dated Nov. 7, 2016, between Roscan Minerals Corp. and Pelangio Exploration Inc., a non-arm's-length party. Pursuant to the agreement, Roscan Minerals shall have the option to acquire a 50-per-cent interest in the Dormaa project located in Ghana, Africa, and the project shall be its principle property.

As consideration, Roscan Minerals shall pay an aggregate of $160,000 plus incur $2-million in exploration expenditures over a three-year period.
