ROUTE1 ANNOUNCES Q2 2019 FINANCIAL RESULTS NOTIFICATION

Route1 Inc. will release its financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2019, after the market closes on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019.

The company will also hold a conference call and webcast to discuss the company's financial results and provide a business update on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019, at 4 p.m. ET. Call details will be included with the second quarter 2019 financial results release on Aug. 28, 2019.
