GLOBAL TIER 1 SERVICE PROVIDER SELECTS REDKNEE'S UNIFIED CHARGING & POLICY SOLUTION FOR MULTI-COUNTRY UPGRADE

Redknee Solutions Inc. was awarded a multicountry contract to upgrade and expand Redknee's Unified solution at a global Tier 1 telecommunications operator in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The upgrade of the existing Redknee Unified solution, and a new deployment of Redknee's integrated policy and charging solution, supports the operator's business goal of increasing data traffic and lowering spend by 20 per cent. Redknee's solution makes business processes faster and easier with fully integrated policy and charging capabilities. It enables the rapid creation of new and innovative data packages to reduce total cost of ownership, while improving customer choice, increasing demand and creating a seamless customer experience.

Redknee's solution provides one platform with easy-to-use interfaces and smarter analytic capabilities to support monetization across the entire company, eliminating organizational silos between the installed information technology systems and network to dramatically improve time to market and reduce redundant processes often encountered when creating new service offerings. The ease of use allows the operator to easily define new and innovative data policies and offerings targeting demand by incentivizing users to increase their data usage and spend.
