INVESTOR UPDATE

Global Remote Technologies Ltd. has provided an update to investors regarding the current status of the company.

Global Remote's chief financial officer Rebecca Kingery recently resigned for personal reasons. (See press release from Aug. 24, 2017, regarding the change of directors for more information.) Since then, her director seat has been filled by Par Bennstrom, and company president Kane Smith has been filling the chief financial officer position. Global Remote is currently interviewing several candidates for the chief financial officer position, in addition to bringing on one or two more directors. The company has also had discussions about some of the current management changing positions or possibly leaving to pursue other opportunities. All of these discussions and possible changes will hinge upon an investment group bringing in capital and resources to the company. The company sees this as a very positive benefit for the shareholders and is working diligently to make the best selections possible to protect shareholder value and provide customers with the best service possible.

Global Remote would like to make it clear at this time that there are no material changes in the company or its operations.
