GLOBAL REMOTE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES $300,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Global Remote Technologies Ltd. has approved a private placement of up to two million shares at a price of 15 cents per share for proceeds of up to $300,000. The company may pay a cash commission to certain finders based on gross proceeds raised equal to up to 10 per cent payable in cash and 10 per cent payable in broker warrants. Each broker warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire one share at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of one year from the date of issuance.

All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
