QUEST RARE MINERALS STRENGTHENS ITS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. has appointed Alain Wilson as vice-president and chief financial officer and Julie Masse as vice-president, communications. Mr. Wilson and Ms. Masse join executive vice-president Dirk Naumann; vice-president, project development and environment, Christen Audet; and vice-president and controller Mark Schneiderman as Quest continues to build its team, reflecting progress in the activities of the company.

Pierre Lortie, Quest's executive chairman, said: "These positions bring crucial added focus to the management team working to efficiently achieve its corporate goal to be a significant participant in the global rare earth material supply chain.

"Alain Wilson brings a wealth of expertise in finance and business in heavy process mining and metals industries. He has been a consultant to Quest since July, 2013, and is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the Quest project. He is a key member of the team.

"Julie Masse has extensive experience overseeing communications and public relations strategies for global organizations, which makes her particularly well suited to communicate corporate objectives and achievements, in a transparent manner, as we enter critical phases of the project development."
