QUIZAM INCREASES THE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FROM $285,000 TO $368,256

Quizam Media Corp. has increased its unit private placement, which was previously announced on Feb. 15, 2019, from $285,000 to $368,256.

All other terms remain the same, including the fact that the unit private placement will be priced at 7.5 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one three-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents. There will be a total of 4,910,080 units issued.

Russ Rossi, chief executive officer and insider (Blueskyview Software Corp.), will be subscribing to 266,680 units.
