QUIZAM CLOSES $450,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Quizam Media Corp. has closed its 4.5-million-unit private placement at 10 cents.

The unit private placement consists of 4.5 million units of the company at a price of 10 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a three-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 18 cents.

Subscription details are as follows:

• 11 placees;
• Shares and warrants issued as a result of this private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring March 21, 2019.
