QUIZAM INCREASED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FROM $310,000 TO $332,000

Quizam Media Corp.'s private placement previously announced on Oct. 30, 2018, is being increased from $310,000 to $332,000.

All other terms remain the same, including the fact that the unit private placement will be priced at eight cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a three-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 20 cents.
