QUIZAM ANNOUNCES $310,000 FINANCING @ $0.08 WITH 3 YEAR WARRANT AT $0.20

Quizam Media Corp. has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of 3,875,000 units of the company at a price of eight cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a three-year full share purchase warrant exercisable at 20 cents. Insider chief executive officer Russ Rossi (Blueskview) will be subscribing to 200,000 units.
