The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue two million shares at a deemed price of 5.5 cents in consideration of certain services provided by an arm's-length service provider to the company pursuant to an agreement dated March 13, 2018.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
