PISTOL BAY SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE ALL MATTERS AT THE AGM

All resolutions were passed at Pistol Bay Mining Inc.'s annual general meeting held on Dec. 5, 2018.

Each of the nominees for election as directors listed in the company's information circular dated Nov. 7, 2018, was elected as a director of the company for the ensuing year; and the number of directors was fixed at four. Charles Desjardins, Dave Bissoondatt, Doug McFaul and Glen MacDonald were all elected as directors of the company by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting.

Manning Elliott LLP of Vancouver, B.C., will remain as the auditor of the company for the ensuing year until the next annual general meeting at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
