Brien Lundin, in the February, 2016, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Precipitate Gold Corp., recently seven cents. Mr. Lundin said buy four times between September, 2012, and May, 2015, at prices ranging from 14 cents to 38 cents. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the four buys, the $4,000 position is now worth $1,562. Precipitate has amended the terms of its purchase agreement on the Juan de Herrera and Los Pinalitos concessions in the Dominican Republic. Under the amended deal, the company has reduced its cash payment to $150,000 from $300,000. It has already paid half this amount and issued one million shares to the vendor. Precipitate will need to pay the remaining $75,000 in cash and issue another one million shares by the next anniversary. In other news, the company has received mining permits to explore four new concessions in the Dominican Republic. Three of these are located in the Juan de Herrera project, and one is in the Pueblo Viejo mining camp. Mr. Lundin says he remains optimistic about these new prospects. Hold for now.
