The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a mineral claim purchase agreement effective Sept. 11, 2014, between PC Gold Inc. and Metalcorp Ltd., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company, whereby the company has agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 28 unpatented mining claims, located in the Patricia mining division, Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will earn a 100-per-cent interest in the property by making total cash payments of $65,000 and issuing six million common shares to the vendor.
