The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 22, 2016 (2.84 million warrants) and Nov. 4, 2016 (2,999,245 warrants)

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 22, 2017, and Nov. 4, 2017

Exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,095,000 flow-through common shares and 3,744,245 non-flow-through common shares, with 5,839,245 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 7, 2014.
