Number of placees:  12 placees

Insider:  George Patton, 1.25 million

Total pro group involvement:  100,000 (one placee)

Finders' fees:  PI Financial Corp., $21,600 cash; Canaccord Genuity Corp., $4,800 cash; Richardson GMP, $1,600 cash; Chippingham Financial Group, $1,200 cash
