Number of shares:  8,334,000 flow-through shares

Purchase price:  75 cents per share

Number of placees:  23 placees

Total pro group involvement:  105,030 (one placee)

Finders' fees:  a cash commission equal to 6.0 per cent of the gross proceeds, payable to Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., National Bank Financial, Canaccord Genuity Corp., Beacon Securities Ltd., Raymond James Ltd. and Haywood Securities Inc.
