The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Pengrowth Energy Corp.'s 6.25 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures, Series B, due March 31, 2017, will be halted at the open on March 31, 2017, and delisted at the close on the same day. According to the TSX, the company will pay $1,031.16438356 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures, representing $1,000 principal amount, and $31.16438356 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the maturity date.

The TSX reports that the debentureholders have the option to convert their debentures into shares of the company at a conversion price of $11.5116 per share, representing a conversion rate of approximately 86.8689 shares per $1,000 principal amount of debentures. All trades on March 28, 2017, March 29, 2017, and March 30, 2017, will settle on March 30, 2017.
