PENGROWTH ENERGY TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END 2015 OPERATING AND RESERVE RESULTS

Pengrowth Energy Corp. intends to release its fourth quarter and annual results for the period ending Dec. 31, 2015, on Wednesday, Feb. 24, following the close of equity markets. A conference call and listen-only audio webcast will be held, beginning at 6:30 a.m. MT on Thursday, Feb. 25, during which management will review Pengrowth's results and respond to questions from the analyst community.
