Finders' fees:  Canaccord Genuity Corp. receives $268,460 and 365,940 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 40 cents for a three-year period. Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc. receives 137,228 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 40 cents for a three-year period. Beacon Securities Ltd. receives 106,732 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 40 cents for a three-year period. Raymond James Ltd. receives 61,250 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 40 cents for a three-year period.
