PARTNERS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION OF $0.015 PER UNIT

Partners Real Estate Investment Trust will pay a distribution of 1.5 cents per unit for April, 2019. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2019, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2019. Partners REIT currently has 46,079,673 units outstanding.
