Original expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 26, 2019

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 26, 2020

Exercise price of warrants:  50 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 7,166,667 shares with 7,166,667 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 2, 2018.
