Further to Oil Optimization Inc.'s news release of Nov. 11, 2014, regarding the signing of an agreement in principle with Rockstone Petroleum to settle their respective claims filed in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, the parties continue to work diligently toward finalizing the transaction and will set a revised closing date in due course.
