The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Orla Mining Ltd. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on Nov. 1, 2018. According to the TSX, there will be 179,214,615 shares of the company issued and outstanding, with 44,264,721 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol OLA and Cusip No. 68634K 10 6.

The TSX reports that Orla is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral exploration opportunities, including the Camino Rojo project in Zacatecas state, Mexico, and the Cerro Quema project in the Los Santos province in Panama. The company has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Dec. 7, 2016, under the symbol OLA. It will be delisted from the TSX-V upon the start of trading on the TSX.

According to the TSX, Orla does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal offices in Vancouver and Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.
