The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a licence and farm-in option agreement dated April 13, 2016, between Beatons Creek Gold Pty. Ltd., a 100-per-cent owned subsidiary of Novo Resources Corp., and Mesa Minerals Ltd., whereby the company may acquire a 70-per-cent interest in the Two Creeks project (tenement EL 46/816, 251 square kilometres), located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, plus all relevant property information and data. Consideration is $10,000 (Australian) cash immediately, and $500,000 (Australian) in cash and $500,000 (Australian) in shares on or before July 5, 2016, if the company wishes to exercise its option, plus a commitment to keep the tenement in good standing.

If a joint venture is formed, the vendor will have the right to dilute its joint venture percentage by not contributing to the joint venture and earning a 0.75-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) per 10 per cent of joint venture interest it loses as a result.
