The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 600,000 shares at a deemed price of five cents, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the period ending Dec. 31, 2017, pursuant to an agreement with Lodestar Management Group LLC, dated Nov. 1, 2016.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
