The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an operating and storage agreement dated March 22, 2017, between Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. and Industrial Surplus Supplies Ltd. (the supplier), whereby the supplier will provide facilities to house a furnace for the use in the processing of magnesium for not less than one year. Consideration is 1.5 million common shares.
