The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amended and restated binding memorandum of understanding dated Feb. 1, 2017, between Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. and Big Blue Technologies LLC (BBT), whereby the company and BBT will enter into a technical joint venture. Consideration is 22,876,717 common shares over a three-year period.
