Internationally, Mr. MacKinnon successfully developed and negotiated the licensing of two Caribbean insurance agencies which facilitated international business growth for the British Virgin Islands and St. Martin. His career also brings many years of financial and leasing experience, with abilities to market and originate large-ticket lease transactions, and evaluate capital expenditures and proposals, and budgeting and cash-flow-based credit analysis, from being employed by Canada's largest bank's leasing divisions.
