The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a licence agreement between Neptune Technologies & Bioressources Inc. and Blueocean Nutrasciences Inc.

As part of the terms of the agreement, Blueocean shall issue 3.75 million shares to Neptune.
