OPTIONS GRANTED
New Nadina Explorations Ltd. has granted 775,000 stock options to directors and employees of the
company under its incentive stock option plan. The options are exercisable at
nine cents per share for a period of five years and will expire on June 11, 2022. All
options granted are in accordance with the company's stock option plan and
subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
