NORANDA INCOME FUND TO RELEASE 2019 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS AND HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Noranda Income Fund will hold a conference call to discuss its 2019 first quarter results on Friday, April 26, at 8:30 a.m. ET. Liana Centomo, chief executive officer, and Paul Einarson, chief financial officer, of the fund's manager, will host the call. The fund expects to report its financial results after the market closes on Thursday, April 25, 2019.

The fund also announced that it will hold its annual general meeting on Friday, April 26, 2019, at 11 a.m. ET.
