KRISTINE LEWIS ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL SHARES OF NTG CLARITY NETWORKS INC.

Kristine Lewis has acquired two million common shares of NTG Clarity Networks Inc. by way of a shares for debt private placement at a price of five cents per share, for an aggregate purchase price of $100,000.

Prior to completion of the private placement, Ms. Lewis held 4,226,749 common shares and 300,000 options of NTG which represented 8.7 per cent of common shares outstanding before giving effect to any outstanding options and 9.3 per cent of the outstanding common shares assuming the exercise of the options. After giving effect to the private placement, Ms. Lewis held 6,226,749 common shares and 300,000 options which represents 11.1 per cent of the common shares outstanding before giving effect to any options and 11.7 per cent of the outstanding common shares assuming the exercise of options.

The common shares were acquired for investment purposes. In the future, Ms. Lewis may, subject to applicable law, acquire or dispose of securities of NTG depending upon a number of factors, including but not limited to general market and economic conditions and other available investment opportunities.
